“Wollengarden: a flower seed subscription club”
– Who does your business serve and what makes your business stand out?
“We serve DIY enthusiasts and aspiring gardeners. We are empowering our customer with the resources, step-by-step guides, and landscape ideas so they can grow beautiful flowers and create their own outdoor oasis.”
– What has been advantageous about starting or growing your business in the Greater Manhattan area?
“We love Kansas. The community, connection to the land and outdoors, and amazing support from organizations and businesses helping other entrepreneurs.”
– What is one goal you are targeting in the next 1-3 years?
“Grow a successful business that can also fund the startup of a business my daughter wants to have, but requires significant investment.”
– Every entrepreneur has an intriguing story of how they started their business. What is yours?
“This past summer, my 9 y/o daughter asked me, “Mom, if you could do anything in the whole wide world, what would you do?” I replied, “Have a business where I can grow flowers create beautiful landscapes, and help others do the same.”
